This is the 14 inch screen laptop from Acer available in India with Intel Core i3 – 370M processor. This Acer Aspire 4745 model is available in two other configurations. The other one with the pre-installed Windows 7 operating system is coming with the Core i3-350M processor which is 2.26GHz clock speed. The Core i3-370M is 2.40GHz Clock Speed. There are no other major differences between these two processors. The price difference is also not so big.

This Acer Aspire 4745 (i3-370M) comes with 2GB DDR3 RAM where as the one available in market with Core i3 350M (2.26GHz) processor is coming with 3 GB of DDR3 RAM. Actually the price difference is only Rs-500 between these two models available in the market. But Acer comes out with these two models in India to choose the laptop which best suit your need. If you prefer high clock speed and 2GB memory, this laptop is the right choice for you.

We highly recommend this laptop if you prefer a laptop with Core i3 processor for more processing power as this the second top most clock speed available in the Core i3 family. The top most speed available is the 2.53 GHz which is Core i3-380M.

Apart from the good processor, this Acer Aspire 4745 comes pre-installed Windows 7 Home Basic operating system and with all the latest technology built into it. Particularly the HDMI Port, Gigabit LAN, Wifi, Dolby Stereo Speakers and Multi card reader. The 500GB Hard disk drive is more than sufficient for your storage needs.

There is no dedicated graphics on this laptop and the 3 USB 2.0 ports are need to be USB 3.0. We could expect more laptops from Acer with reasonable price with dedicated graphics cards and USB 3.0 ports in near future.
